Bedrock and Minecraft PE use a different system
Minecraft Bedrock does not load Java mod files through Forge, Fabric or NeoForge. Bedrock content is distributed as add-ons or marketplace-style packs instead.
Do not rename file types to force compatibility
Changing a filename or extension does not convert a Java mod into a Bedrock add-on.
